Il Medeama Sporting Club è una società calcistica ghanese di Tarkwa. Milita nella Premier League, la massima divisione del campionato ghanese, e gioca le partite casalinghe al TNA Park.

Ha vinto un campionato ghanese e 2 Coppe del Ghana.

History

Il 18 aprile 2002 fu fondato un sodalizio di nome Kessben Football Club. Il Medeama Sporting Club fu costituito nel 2008 ed esordì in quell'anno nella Division Three League, la terza divisione calcistica ghanese, per poi fallire nel 2010 l'accesso alla Premier League ghanese. Nel dicembre 2010, dopo il fallimento del Kessben Football Club, la nuova società ne acquisì la proprietà e nel gennaio 2011 fu ridenominata Medeama Sporting Club, spostando nel contempo la sede dalla regione di Ashanti a Tarkwa, nella regione occidentale del Ghana.

Il Medeama Sporting Club, conosciuto anche come Medeama SC, è una società calcistica ghanese con sede nella città di Tarkwa. Il club è stato fondato nel 2004 e gioca le sue partite casalinghe allo stadio Akoon Park.

Il Medeama SC ha vinto due volte la Ghana Premier League, nel 2013 e nel 2016. Ha anche vinto due volte la Ghana FA Cup, nel 2013 e nel 2015.

A livello internazionale, il Medeama SC ha partecipato alla CAF Champions League nel 2014 e nel 2017. Nel 2014, il club ha raggiunto la fase a gironi della competizione, mentre nel 2017 è stato eliminato al primo turno.

Il Medeama SC è una delle squadre di calcio più popolari in Ghana. Ha una grande tifoseria ed è sempre sostenuta da un folto pubblico nelle partite casalinghe.
