Lo Stoke City Under-23, abbreviato in Stoke U23, è la squadra Under-23 del club calcistico britannico dello Stoke City Football Club. Milita in Premier League 2, la seconda divisione nazionale per formazioni riserve.

Lo Stoke U23 è stato fondato nel 1999 e inizialmente partecipava alla Premier Reserve League, divisione soppressa nel 2012. Dal 2012 milita in Premier League 2, e il suo miglior piazzamento è il quinto posto nella Division 2 nella stagione 2014-2015.

La squadra gioca le sue partite casalinghe al Clayton Wood Training Ground, il centro di allenamento della prima squadra. Il loro allenatore è Adrian Heath, che guida la squadra dal 2013.

Lo Stoke U23 è una squadra giovane e promettente, che ha visto crescere molti talenti che hanno poi militato in prima squadra. Tra questi ricordiamo Jack Butland, Ryan Shawcross, Robert Huth e Asmir Begović.
